Experienced Support Worker for a Supported Independent Living in Western Sydney. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on participant support in a values-driven organisation. Key Duties Lead day-to-day operations of a SIL house Work rostered shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call Supervise and support Disability Support Workers Deliver person-centred, strengths-based participant support Manage rosters, documentation, incidents, and compliance Maintain strong relationships with participants and stakeholders Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards About You Experience as a Senior Support Worker Strong SIL or disability sector background Confident balancing leadership and direct support Excellent communication and organisational skills Flexible to work across a rotating roster Requirements Certificate IV in Disability or related field First Aid & CPR NDIS Worker Check and WWCC Full Australian Driver's Licence Please forward your resume to info@payworx.com.au.
