Technical Business Analyst - Banking Projects About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our project team and play a pivotal role in managing system changes across core banking platforms. You will need to have high level understanding of SQL databases and be able to run queries and be responsible for researching, analyzing, and documenting project requirements, ensuring that all changes are delivered on time, within budget, and without impacting the stability of other programs or services. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a technical mindset to safeguard system integrity while supporting critical banking initiatives. We are seeking someone that is a technical BA that can objectively look at what is being developed, changed, upgraded or enhance and be able to research and evaluate the impact this change has on existing systems. Key Responsibilities Run queries on Production support and attend to service requests by the client. attending to business and technical requests, run further queries Strong skills documenting requirements Prepare accurate costing and impact assessments for new initiatives. Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to define clear requirements. Ensure all changes are implemented on time and to budget . Assess risks and dependencies to ensure that system modifications do not cause crashes, disruptions, or corrupt data . Maintain and validate system documentation, workflows, and test scenarios. Liaise with quality assurance and development teams to ensure smooth integration with existing systems. Provide ongoing support for post-implementation reviews and improvements. About You Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the banking or financial services sector . Strong technical understanding of core banking systems and related applications. Knowledge of SQL Databases, strong documenting skills Run queries experience Excellent ability to analyze dependencies and identify potential risks or conflicts across programs. Skilled in documentation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication. Demonstrated track record in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
