We are seeking a passionate GP to join our multidisciplinary team for 3–4 days per week, join our dedicated team providing holistic, community focused care for mob. We deliver a wide range of services including: Weekly clinic at Pete’s Place (homeless shelter) and outreach clinic at Yarrawarra On-site specialist clinics – Gynaecology, ENT, Geriatrics, Psychiatry, Paediatrics, Endocrinology Allied Health team: OT, Speech Therapy, Dental (kids), Optometry, Audiology, Dietician Social & Emotional Wellbeing/Culture Care Connect teams: Psychologists, Mental Health Nurse, Mental Health Aboriginal Health Worker Community Programs, including SIS (Spring into Shape), Elder Care and ADLO (NDIS Connector) A supportive team of Nurses and Aboriginal Health Workers Transport A dedicated Family and Child Centre.
