You won’t be posting for the sake of it your ideas, videos and community engagement will directly shape how the brand shows up every day across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing marketing team, working closely with PR, operations and agencies with the backing, scale and creative freedom that only a major brand can offer. What you’ll be doing You’ll take ownership of social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X and YouTube, with a strong focus on creating engaging, scroll-stopping content. Your role will include: Creating short- and long-form content across social channels from posts and stories to video and livestreams Being comfortable on camera, presenting content and bringing the brand to life Engaging directly with the community by monitoring comments and messages Supporting social campaigns, promotions and brand moments Analysing performance data to understand what’s working and why then optimising Working with influencers, creators and agencies to deliver user-generated and branded content Collaborating cross-functionally with PR, marketing, operations and legal teams across ANZ What you’ll bring This role suits someone early-to-mid career who wants scale, structure and growth, without losing the creative edge.
