Location : Sydney - Melbourne - Canberra - Brisbane We’re seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to support and modernise reporting across the Aged Care Data Warehouse (ACDW) and BAU/Operations environment. This role plays a key part in delivering trusted insights for aged care policy, compliance, and program outcomes, while supporting the transition from IBM Cognos to Microsoft Power BI. What you’ll be doing Design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards using Cognos and Power BI Deliver and support the migration from Cognos to Power BI, including redesign and validation Translate business reporting requirements into scalable BI solutions Optimise report performance, data models, and refresh processes Collaborate with architects, data modellers, and ETL developers across ACDW and BAU Ensure BI solutions comply with data governance, security, and accessibility standards What we’re looking for Strong experience in BI development using IBM Cognos and Microsoft Power BI Proven experience supporting or delivering Cognos to Power BI migrations Solid understanding of enterprise data models and performance optimisation Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements translation skills Experience in government, health, or aged care data environments (highly regarded) Security clearance preferred: Baseline, NV1, or NV2.
