We are looking for an experienced Senior Guidewire Developer to design, build, and configure applications that meet complex business requirements. This role offers the opportunity to work on Guidewire ClaimCenter within a dynamic insurance technology environment. You will lead technical reviews, mentor team members, and ensure best practices are followed throughout development. Key Responsibilities · Design, develop, and test software solutions. · Maintain and enhance business systems and applications. · Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly. · Create and update technical documentation. · Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and develop functionality. · Ensure proper patterns and practices are applied across development teams. · Act as a technical mentor and consultant to junior developers. · Contribute to delivering cost-effective, high-quality business solutions. Skills · Hands-on experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration. · Strong knowledge of Guidewire applications' design and architecture. · Working knowledge of PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ContactManager. · Proficiency in GOSU, Guidewire Event & Rules Framework, and Guidewire Web Services. · Solid understanding of XML & JSON formats, and build tools like ANT, Maven, and Gradle. · Strong communication and team-building skills. · Ability to coach team members and assist in issue resolution. · Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodology.
