Job Summary: As a Training and Relationship Manager, you’ll be responsible for servicing existing and newly onboarded clients, addressing their training and development needs, and providing support across all levels of their business. While the primary relationship sits with the HUB24 Business Development Manager, you’ll work collaboratively to strengthen partnerships with principals, advisers, and support staff, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed. Responsibilities: Be responsible for the training and development of HUB24 clients Promote the products, features and benefits of the HUB24 solution to existing advisers to assist in the growth of the HUB24 business Collaborate, build and refine training programs with other TRM’s to ensure best practice behaviours and methods are delivered to the broadest range of advisers who work with HUB24 Work with other teams within the business to ensure consistent and high quality training material and programs are delivered Be jointly accountable for the state and regional budget and work with the BDM’s and State Manager to grow new sales and strengthen relationships with clients Proactively monitor and accelerate business through the sales pipeline Provide input to BDM’s on new business development opportunities that are identified within adviser practices Requirements: Strong understanding of platform functionality and the financial services industry Knowledge of financial planning strategy (desirable) Proven ability to deliver effective training, guiding advisers and support staff to become proficient in HUB24 technology Experience maintaining and growing relationships with financial advisory firms across SA/NT Ability to expand HUB24’s footprint by onboarding new clients and managing a panel of direct advice firms to drive growth and development Strong time management and organisational skills Ability to work autonomously while enjoying collaboration with others High level of technology competency The Recruitment Process Acknowledgement email once your application has been submitted.
