Leasing Consultant - Brunswick Office Join a National Real Estate Agency in Brunswick, in a role where you stand to be a key part of the existing residential leasing team, with a market-leading salary and benefits on offer! Work for an established (around 10 years operating) National Real Estate Agency with offices / operations in now at least 5 states across Australia & a team of now 25-30 or so people. Work in what we would describe as a modern, fresh, young and friendly office. HOURS: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm with 1 in 2 Saturdays (9am to 1pm or 2pm latest on every second Saturday) SALARY : $75,000 Super $5,000 Car Allowance (on top) ROLE DUTIES: - This role will predominantly focus on the early stages of the leasing process, including picking up keys from builders, attending the property to handle keys, 360 camera for ad, go through defect list and then prepare photographer to get property online. - When there are no key handovers booked, the plan is that they will step into regular leasing including OFI's and processing applications etc. - Residential leasing duties as relevant (getting residential homes / properties leased with tenants in them, properly & efficiently), with guidance and/or existing procedures for you to follow to be provided. WHATS ON OFFER: - Salary of $75,000 Super / annum $5,000 Car Allowance - Potential career progression into "leasing manager" type roles, they have a large leasing team, not like many other Real Estate agencies.
