State Visual Merchandising Manager NSW About the role We are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising leader to drive the execution of visual standards across a multi-store retail network. This role is hands-on and field-based, responsible for translating visual direction into commercial, inspiring store presentations while coaching and developing store teams and VM partners. You will play a key role in ensuring visual consistency, elevating store presentation and supporting sales performance through strong visual storytelling and commercial decision-making. What you’ll be doing Implement visual merchandising direction across multiple store formats Style mannequins, windows and key display areas to reflect current visual guidelines Ensure timely and accurate execution of visual briefs across all aligned stores Make commercial decisions around product placement and substitutions where required Establish, maintain and monitor visual standards across the store network Educate and coach store teams on visual merchandising principles and best practice Partner closely with retail and head office teams to support store performance Support new store openings, refits and layout updates Review store layouts to maximise stock flow and sales per square metre Complete reporting, photo updates and feedback within required timeframes About you Proven experience in a senior or field visual merchandising role within fashion retail Strong creative eye with a commercial mindset Confident styling mannequins and creating impactful in-store presentations Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and influence store teams Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities across locations Solutions-focused, adaptable and comfortable working at pace Strong planning, follow-up and time management skills Comfortable travelling regularly as part of the role What’s on offer A senior, autonomous visual merchandising role with strong ownership The opportunity to influence visual standards across a large retail network Competitive salary package aligned to experience Ongoing development and exposure to cross-functional teams A collaborative, fast-paced retail environment If you are open to finding out more about the opportunity, please contact amylennox@jivaro.com.au or 0401 500 391
