Exercise Physiologist – Aged Care & Community Part-Time | Residential & Community Caseload | East Fremantle We are seeking an Exercise Physiologist to join a supportive and experienced Allied Health team based in East Fremantle . While this role has a residential base, a significant portion of the caseload is delivered in the community , with regular home visits included. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a mixed client group, delivering person-centred exercise physiology services that support wellbeing, function, and quality of life.
