Physiotherapist – Aged Care & Community Outreach Part-Time | Residential Setting Home Visits | East Fremantle We are seeking a part-time Physiotherapist to join a dedicated Allied Health team based in East Fremantle . This role is primarily based in a residential aged care setting and also includes providing outreach physiotherapy services to clients in their homes. The position focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care to support independence, mobility, and quality of life.
