We are recruiting an experienced Senior Strategy Manager to oversee a fully funded, two year program transforming three Disability Enterprises into sustainable, jobs focused social enterprises. This role combines strategic consulting, program leadership and meaningful social impact. The Role Analyse current business and operating models and develop future-state designs. Build and lead project teams using structured consulting and project methodologies. Create transformation roadmaps and manage delivery, reporting, and risk. Work closely with executives, Boards, and partner organisations to build capability and embed change. Identify funding opportunities and develop strategic partnerships across sectors. Provide mentoring, guidance, and hands-on support to ensure long-term sustainability. About You Proven experience in Strategy Consulting including Transformation and Implementation Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into practical implementation. Skilled in stakeholder management and engagement at executive and Board levels. Proven leadership with a collaborative and empathetic approach. Experience working with NFP’s.
