Family Medical Centre is looking for a practice nurse to join our team in February - March 2026 Family Medical Centre is looking for a reliable and skilled registered nurse to work 1- 2 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) -Perform clinical duties including triage, immunisations and other injections, wound management, chronic disease management and health assessment and assisting GP with procedures. -Conduct preventative/screening procedures and coordinate patient recalls for care plans and health assessments. -Maintain stocks of clinical supplies, including correct storage (such as refrigeration), removal and disposal of out-of-date stock and ordering supplies. -Maintain the practice’s systems and processes for hand hygiene, environmental cleaning, spills management, and practice team immunisations in accordance with practice policy and procedure.
