From wood-fired pizzas and fresh pasta to hearty mains and indulgent desserts, we focus on fresh ingredients and memorable dining experiences. We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. What We’re Looking For Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar chef role Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen operations, food preparation, and service standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining consistent quality Experience in menu creation and recipe development is an advantage Sound understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard Assist in menu planning and development, including seasonal specials Ensure meals are delivered on time and meet portion, quality, and presentation requirements Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management Minimise food waste through effective kitchen practices Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety Support and assist in training junior kitchen staff Ensure kitchen equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations What We Offer Competitive pay based on skills and experience Complimentary staff meals and in-store discounts Supportive and inclusive team environment Opportunities for career development and growth Full-time, stable role in a busy and popular venue Ready to take the next step?
