About the opportunity: This role would suit someone with experience in administration, accounts, or data entry who brings a positive attitude and enjoys a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will undertake the below: Deal Processing functions: end to end responsibility over allocated brands, processing deals in timely manner Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to investigate or advise any discrepancies in accounts Maintenance/distribution of a high-volume emails General journals Manufacturer payment/warranty allocations Raise accurate invoices as requested in reasonable timeframe Working within team to complete month end deadlines/goals Processing payments and floorplan payouts Franchise related tasks and queries as required Ad-hoc administration duties and support to our Accounts department as required About you: You’ll be successful in this role if you enjoy working in a busy team, take pride in accuracy, manage your time well, and approach each task with a positive, can-do attitude.
