We’re on the hunt for a Payroll Administrator who loves structure, values confidentiality, and wants to be part of a fun, collaborative team doing meaningful work every day. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be the go-to support for our payroll team, helping keep things running smoothly and on time by: Supporting end-to-end payroll processing (weekly, monthly & annual) Entering and maintaining employee data with laser-sharp accuracy Assisting with timesheets, rosters, allowances and payroll changes Monitoring the payroll inbox and responding to routine queries Helping prepare reports and checking data before payroll is finalised Working closely with Payroll, Rostering and P&C teams Keeping systems tidy, data clean and processes compliant Basically, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero that keeps payroll stress-free. You’ll Thrive in This Role If You: Have exceptional attention to detail (like, next level) Enjoy high-volume admin and data entry work Are organised, reliable and love following clear processes Respect confidentiality and professionalism Have basic payroll knowledge (SCHADS experience is a bonus!) Are confident using systems and Microsoft Excel Want to learn, grow and be part of a supportive team Payroll or admin experience is great, but attitude, accuracy and willingness to learn matter most.
