The Role A varied front-of-house position combining sales, dispensing support, and reception. Key duties include: Reception and administrative support, including appointment bookings Confident handling of phone and in-person enquiries Assisting patients with frame and lens selection Processing sales and payments Maintaining a welcoming and organised practice environment About You Customer service or retail experience (optical experience advantageous) Clear, confident communication and professional phone manner Strong attention to detail and organisation A genuine interest in eyewear and a flair for fashion Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable in a small team What We Offer $28- $40 per hour, depending on experience Casual work Jan - Feb, transitioning to part-time Supportive training and a positive workplace culture Staff discounts and future growth opportunities
