About the role You will work with a team of incredibly committed and collaborative people, who are passionate about IT operational excellence. The team is made up of 10 Operators working across both our CBD and Bella Vista offices. As part of the role you will be working on a Continuous Shift Roster of 4 days on and 4 days off in order to run the 24/7 IT Operations Centre that manages the Australia’s critical financial systems. Be able to communicate and liaise with business and IT teams and to escalate appropriately A basic understanding of ITIL processes, including change and incident management is desirable Experience in an IT operational support role within a high reliability organisation is advantageous (banking/finance/utilities/health are highly desirable) Other required qualifications: IT Graduate/Diploma qualifications or relevant IT industry certifications (ie.
