What you’ll do: As a pivotal member of the Range & Space Initiatives team, you will proactively drive strategic insights and analytics that decisively shape our customers' shopping experience and optimise our retail space. This role offers you the exciting opportunity to contribute to high-visibility, complex projects, leveraging advanced data-driven insights to develop sophisticated range and space strategies that significantly impact our commercial success. Key Responsibilities: Be a part of solving complex problems and uncovering strategic opportunities by analyzing store specifics, customer behavior, market trends, and pricing dynamics Collaborate closely with commercial teams and key stakeholders to transform intricate data into powerful insights and actionable recommendations that shape our range and space strategies. Extract and interpret data from diverse databases, including GCP environments, to deliver insights and recommendations aligned with our strategic goals Learn how to apply advanced analytics to elevate the customer experience and consistently maximize commercial success. Be a champion for continuous improvement, driving enhanced customer satisfaction and commercial success through range and space optimisation and initiatives What you’ll bring The role requires a keen desire for analytical and problem solving, and the ability to effectively partner and communicate with our stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be able to show that they have or can: A minimum of 1-2 years experience in relevant or analytical-based roles (eg: Merchandising, Category Analyst, Data & Insights Analyst, Pricing Analyst) Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related subject or equal professional experience Develop a sound level understanding of our supporting tools and actively make recommendations on where we can improve them Understand and structure ambiguous/complex problems Perform analyses independently and collaboratively with senior analysts with the ability to focus and highlight what's important and relevant to the outcome we’re trying to achieve Develop strong rapports with stakeholders and supporting teams and show understanding into how these relationships can be improved over time Create high quality outputs that deliver top down messages clearly and effectively to a range of audiences Proficient understanding of Google & Microsoft systems, with advanced excel functions (eg: pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting) Experience in SQL and GCP What you’ll experience A global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline – with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network.
