This role is responsible for leading the Queensland branch end-to-end, with full accountability for people, operations, safety, and commercial performance across sales, service, and support functions. Description Lead and manage the Queensland branch, overseeing sales, service, spare parts, and administration teams (8-10 direct reports) Own branch performance, driving revenue growth, margin control, and EBIT outcomes Ensure safe, efficient day-to-day operations, maintaining strong compliance and safety standards Support and enable the sales team with commercial guidance, quoting oversight, and customer engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across power generation, lighting, and renewables Develop, retain, and motivate a high-performing team through clear leadership and accountability Act as the senior on-site leader, providing structure, consistency, and operational discipline Profile Proven experience leading a branch or operational team within power generation, industrial services, or a related technical environment Strong people leadership skills with a measured, consistent, and safety-first management style Solid commercial acumen, with the ability to manage margins, support quoting, and drive profitable outcomes Technical understanding of diesel generators, lighting towers, or electro-mechanical equipment.
