About the opportunity: This role will be responsible for leading the sales team, overseeing stock, reporting, and data analysis to ensure effective operations and growth. The successful candidate will undertake the below: Establish, monitor and ensure long and short term sales and gross profit objectives for both the department and individual sales team are met Continuing ongoing focus on stock management in keeping with group policy and to maximise ROI Mentoring and coaching sales team Set clear standards to ensure superior customer experience. Monitor and act on business management information and other key performance indicators to optimise used vehicle performance and profit opportunities About you: Success in this role requires a customer-led mindset, highly developed communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
