The AEB Group is a global market leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality products to the food and beverage industries. AEB Oceania is the subsidiary which operates within Australia and New Zealand. AEB Oceania is looking for a Technical Sales Representative who will be responsible for the sales of AEB oenological, brewing, food production and filtration products in South Australia. Responsibilities will include the following: Achieve agreed economic objectives in relation to sales volumes and key accounts in the allocated territory developing new customers and opportunities as well as maintaining existing customers. Introduce specialty products in the territory through a technical value-selling approach with decision-makers and influencers in the wine industry. Perform analysis work including sample preparation, wine and beer analysis, product analysis and product benchmarking. Visit regular and prospective client businesses across the allocated territory. Provide monthly reports/updates to the Country Manager via CRM, including information on customer visits, market analysis, competitor analysis, comments on current projects and any other information relevant to the development of the business. Key Skills and Experience A Tertiary qualification in Oenology/Food science. Post-graduate qualifications are desirable. No less than 2-years relevant employment experience Technical sales skills and experience in winemaking, brewing and food production Laboratory skills and experience Strong knowledge of oenological, brewing and food production products Willing to travel interstate and overseas if required. Willing to travel regionally within South Australia as required Ability to work well in a small team. High-level project management, autonomy and problem-solving skills.
