About the Role New Product Introduction Team Leader - Underground Hard Rock Vehicles Are you ready to lead complex, multi-site engineering projects that shape the future of underground hard rock mining? We're looking for a dynamic NPI (New Product Introduction) Team Leader who thrives on collaboration, precision, and driving results across diverse teams. Why This Role Matters As a key leader in our product value stream, you'll ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects by aligning resources across engineering, sales, marketing, and platform teams. Your leadership will accelerate value creation, reduce risk, and keep projects on track; ultimately enabling innovation and efficiency throughout the product lifecycle. Your Impact In this role, you'll be the driving force behind collaboration and execution, ensuring our projects deliver on time, on budget, and beyond expectations. Your main responsibilities will include; Develop HRV (Hard Rock Vehicles) Business Strategy: Clarify leadership vision and goals for future success through focused senior leader workshops and cross-functional facilitation. Drive Innovation: Submit HRV product ideas, preparing business cases, defining key customer value, and managing approval and tracking of all Research and Development spend for the business unit. Establish NPI Foundations: Define business case, technical requirements, and budget up to NPI program launch. Manage Governance: Oversee intake and budgetary submissions for quarterly updates. Lead Electrification Initiatives: Manage underground electrification customer commitments, relationships, and HRV governance. Coordinate Product Line Projects: Prioritise target markets, set objectives, and manage executive stakeholders across the organisation. Act as Gatekeeper: Maintain Economic Profit for HRV industry profit by segment and region. Prepare Commercial Information: Support Tier 1 miner and dealer interactions with accurate, strategic data. Coach and Develop Teams: Implement and guide business scorecards aligned to Business Areas of Impact.
