The Role We’re looking for a creative powerhouse who lives and breathes hospitality—a Marketing & Content Manager who can develop strategy and execute with flair. You’ll work directly with the owner, general managers, and head chefs to plan and deliver highly tailored campaigns across social media, websites, and events. Key Responsibilities: Own content planning and execution across social platforms (primarily Instagram) Collaborate on new menu launches, events, and seasonal campaigns Create and schedule 3–4 posts per venue per week using Adobe or Affinity tools Maintain a digital content calendar that’s always two weeks ahead Coordinate casual and professional photo shoots as needed Lead website updates or rebuilds using tools like WordPress (training available) Craft menus and print-ready collateral in line with each venue’s vibe Monitor SEO performance and basic analytics—enough to pivot when needed Collaborate with the chef, GM, and beverage manager to align marketing with business goals The Ideal Candidate This is for someone who’s hospitality-savvy, thrives in fast-moving environments, and knows how to tell a story—visually and verbally.
