A bit about the role You’ll be working closely with the venue team to execute your events. From coordinating a wide range of events and ensuring every touchpoint (enquiry, planning, execution, and follow-up) meets the high standards of Applejack. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, building relationships, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences. Manage all event enquiries and bookings through iVvy and SevenRooms Develop a strong understanding of the local area and target market, actively engaging with industry events and networks Drive both proactive and reactive sales to achieve event revenue targets Conduct regular site inspections and maintain clear, professional communication with clients Collaborate closely with venue teams to continually improve event offerings and execution Liaise with the Marketing team to support content collection, social media activity, and brand alignment Full-time position, Monday to Friday Why Work With Us At Applejack, we believe in creating experiences worth celebrating – for our guests and our team.
