Based in our Bullion Room, these roles are an opportunity to be part of one of Australia’s most iconic and trusted organisations. With three positions available - permanent full-time, permanent part-time, and casual, there’s flexibility to suit different stages of life, all with an ASAP start. This is hands on, customer facing work in a fast paced and highly secure environment. You’ll support bullion sales and buybacks, guide customers through bookings and onboarding, and help them navigate product enquiries with confidence and care. Accuracy matters here - whether you’re authenticating precious metals, completing reconciliations, or supporting Click & Collect and order fulfilment. Your days will be varied. Some moments are focused and transactional, others more conversational and service driven. You’ll balance face to face customer service with behind the scenes operational and administrative tasks, including stock control, recordkeeping, and reconciliations. Throughout it all, you’ll work within strict regulatory and security frameworks, where attention to detail and consistency are essential. This is a role for people who like doing things properly. You’ll be encouraged to learn, contribute ideas, and grow your understanding of a truly unique industry. About You: You’re calm under pressure, customer focused, and take pride in getting the details right. You enjoy working with people, communicate clearly, and feel confident delivering professional, face to face service. You bring experience in customer service or sales, along with a strong sense of accountability. You’re comfortable following established procedures and understand the importance of compliance, particularly in regulated environments. Accuracy comes naturally to you, and you approach problem solving thoughtfully rather than reactively. You’re physically capable of standing for extended periods and safely lifting up to 15kg. You value trust and integrity, care about representing an organisation well, and take pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace. You’re open to learning, receptive to feedback, and motivated to contribute to a team that takes its responsibilities seriously. Role Types and Salary: We have three opportunities available, all requiring availability to work Saturdays if needed. Permanent full-time $75,462 base, plus Super Permanent part-time - flexible hours, typically 3-4 days per week $75,462 base, plus Super (FTE) / $38.70 per hour, plus Super Casual - flexible hours, working as and when required, typically 2-4 days per week $42.78 per hour, plus Super All roles are available for an ASAP commencement.
