You’ll manage a large team to ensure strong systems governance, and partner with senior finance and technology leaders to support operational efficiency, compliance, and scalable growth. Responsibilities Lead governance, optimisation, and transformation of enterprise-wide finance platforms across Australia Provide leadership to a multi-location finance systems team, driving performance, capability uplift, and delivery outcomes Strengthen finance systems controls, including data integrity, access management, segregation of duties, and audit readiness Partner with Group Finance and IT leaders to deliver the digital finance agenda and support operational efficiency Oversee finance systems transitions, enhancements, and offshore support models, ensuring business continuity and risk mitigation Candidate Profile You are an experienced finance systems leader with a strong governance mindset and the ability to operate confidently in large, complex, asset-intensive environments. You balance operational stability with continuous improvement and stakeholder partnership.
