The Role: Location: Melbourne CBD | 3 days work from home Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm | Strong work-life balance Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 Plus Super Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Permanent Residents and Citizens) As a Commercial Property Claims Consultant, your duties will include, but are not limited to: Confidently manage a variety of insurance claims across multiple lines, guiding clients through the claims process, clarifying documentation requirements, and ensuring accurate and timely lodgement. Build lasting connections with clients and brokers, championing products and values they can trust. Deliver exceptional service tailored to diverse needs, making every interaction memorable. Actioning claims quickly and effectively, complying with company standards and SLA requirements. Guarantee compliance with industry regulations, legal mandates, and company policies.
