Determining liability on claims and providing recommendations for future claims strategies Ensuring the best possible outcomes in all areas: QA, customer experience, quality, as well as financial Conducting legal reviews on litigated claims with service providers Attending external meetings, court cases Manage claims in line with procedures Conduct investigations regarding liability and medical issues Collaborating with all stakeholders KEY CRITERIA: 2-3 years of experience managing public liability claims Legal qualifications (essential) Experience in managing litigated claims A Solid understanding of the Insurance Code of Practice and Insurance Contracts Act Confident interpersonal/communication skills Excellent negotiation skills End-to-end claims management experience TO APPLY: Please forward your resume by clicking Apply, or email l.backhouse@ensurerecruitment.com.au
