About the Role As a Contracts Administrator , you will be a key member of the Contracts and Procurement team, providing commercial and administrative support across the procurement of services, major equipment and infrastructure. This role plays a critical part in ensuring contracts are effectively managed across their lifecycle, delivering commercial value while maintaining compliance, governance and operational alignment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and site-based teams to support tendering activities, contract execution and ongoing contract administration, while embedding safety, risk management and continuous improvement into all aspects of the role. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Monitoring contract expiry dates and managing the review, negotiation and rollover of expiring contracts Managing end-to-end tendering processes, from concept through to contract award and execution Conducting pre-execution reviews, formatting and execution of procurement contracts Drafting and executing contract variations and amendments Maintaining contract templates, procurement libraries and contract management systems Maintaining the Contracts Administration Manual and associated documentation Identifying and implementing cost-saving and process improvement initiatives Conducting post-contract reviews and supporting continuous improvement Providing informal contract administration guidance or training to internal stakeholders About You Proven experience in a contracts administration Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Sound commercial and contractual knowledge Experience supporting tendering and contract execution processes Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to engage effectively with a broad range of internal stakeholders Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Experience working in mining, resources or heavy industry environments is highly regarded Benefits Permanent full-time opportunity Competitive salary package Career progression and professional development support Salary packaging options Access to corporate health benefits For a confidential discussion about this role, please contact Laila Hoy via email on lh@asr.com.au.
