Our client is seeking an Associate or Senior Structural Engineer to join its growing Sunshine Coast studio. This is a leadership opportunity suited to someone with a strong commercial mindset who will contribute to the strategic direction of the office . Managing a tight-knit team, you will ensure the successful delivery of mid-rise residential, commercial, and boutique projects across South East Queensland . If you are looking for full project ownership — including client liaison with builders, developers, and architects; design leadership; mentoring graduates; and final RPEQ sign-off — we would like to hear from you. Requirements: 8 years’ structural engineering experience Proven experience delivering mid-rise residential and commercial projects in Australian Current RPEQ or CPEng (or actively working toward registration) If you meet some, but not all, of the requirements, we would still like to hear from you.
