Joining us in the role of Services Coordinator, you’ll join a fast-paced environment that pushes you to achieve your best as you partner with the business to deliver its products and improve its processes. The Services Coordinator requires the incumbent to oversee all external contractor management for the utilities and the facility across our Salisbury manufacturing site. This includes ensuring inductions and permits are completed and contractors are completing the work in a safe and GMP compliant manner. The role will be responsible for Quality Events and Change Controls associated with the maintenance of services to the Salisbury site. Your responsibilities, at a glance: Act as first point of call for utilities and facility related issues and external contractors visiting site to complete work. Arrange external contractors to attend site to complete repair and maintenance work as required eg. building repairs, gutters, painting, plumbing and others as necessary. Coordinate external contractors including fire systems, building management systems (BMS), boilers, water plants, chillers, air handling, pest control, security, grounds keeping and other services as necessary. Building Management System (Schneider and Johnson Controls) key contact and subject matter expert (SME), including review of daily alarms and actioning deviations. Ensure all contractor permits, licences and approvals to complete work are up to date and authorised. Ensure all work completed by contractors is done according to Workplace Health and Safety Regulations, standards, and internal requirements. Ensure all relevant documentation in relation to contractor work is stored in the appropriate locations (e.g. hard copy folders, CMMS, electronic folders). Ensure documentation such as contractor inductions, reports and other record management is completed within a reasonable timeframe. Drive services related Change Controls’ (CC’s) and Quality Events (QE’s) whilst working alongside the Quality department to maintain compliance. Ensure GMP centred standards and requirements are adhered to. Adhere to contractual schedules for services supplied on site. Instigate and requisition replacement parts as required. Participate in the development of engineering and maintenance team goals and outcomes. Attend team meetings and contribute as required. Provide back up support to the Maintenance and Engineering leadership team where required. You need to tick these boxes We pick applicants based on capability and aptitude. You’ll also need to possess the following: Experience in dealing with and managing external contractors in a GMP environment. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing plant, understanding manufacturing processes & equipment. Sound analytical skills for problem solving. Demonstrated high level of documentation skills in a highly regulated environment. Demonstrated Leadership capability (desirable).
