About the role Capability Manager – Electrification and Innovations (12-month Max Term Role) Are you ready to drive capability development and lead innovative initiatives? Join AGL as a Capability Manager within our Electrification and Innovations team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in building the skills and capabilities needed for a sustainable energy future. About the Role Own and manage the delivery roadmap for Electrification & Innovation initiatives, including EVs, batteries, and related technologies, ensuring alignment with AGL’s electrification and sustainability targets. Oversee the Product Development framework, prioritising and delivering development activities on time and within budget, while continuously assessing and improving processes to reduce risk. Collaborate closely with Technology teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of the product roadmap, providing technical advice and thought leadership to inform strategy and delivery. Drive cross-functional collaboration across business units to enable efficient delivery, accelerate time-to-market, and foster agile ways of working within delivery teams. Monitor and report on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders, championing continuous improvement throughout all initiatives. About You Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Commercial acumen with analytical and reporting capability. Understanding of operational environments, system capabilities, and business processes. Experience in development environments (2 years). Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
