Part of the Hall & Prior Group is Karingal Green Home Care, we are a small boutique home care provider based in the eastern suburbs providing high quality support services. We are currently seeking a compassionate Community Support Worker to join our dedicated and fun team at Karingal Green Home Care on a Permanent Part Time basis. About the role and what’s on offer In this role you will provide all types of support including personal care, meals, meds, cleaning, social outings etc. The hours are super flexible to suit - school hours/ weekday hours/evening hours or even some weekend morning supports …. - Generous KMS paid for all kilometres driven with/for clients as well as all KMS & time paid travelling between jobs. - Uniforms, PPE and annual company paid training etc. - Hourly rate according to experience (varies between $34-$38 PH Super) - Penalty rates paid including 17.5% leave loading. - Access to retail discounts via FlareHR app What we’re looking for Before you can be considered for this role, we’ll need make sure you possess the following: - Ideally previous experience in aged care or similar - Cert III – In aged care, disability or individual support or similar - Current CPR & First Aid - Current DL and reliable car with comprehensive car insurance - NDIS Clearance (or application made) - Full working rights in Australia - Flu Vaccination (Mandatory) Our people are integral to achieving our vision of being a leading aged care provider in Australia.
