Description We are currently recruiting for a Branch Administration Coordinator to join our team. This role has a preferred location of the Southern region of our Operational Footprint. We’re seeking a Branch Administration Coordinator to provide leadership and coordination of the Business Administration team, ensuring high‑quality and consistent administrative support is delivered to field staff and management across Asset and Operations. This role will work closely with the Business Administration Manager to implement improved processes, support change initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency across the division. The Branch Administration Coordinator will also play a key role in coordinating training, supporting financial governance, contract administration, and providing administration support across the full lifecycle of capital and operational programs. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate Business Administration employees across the division to ensure administration support needs are met Drive consistency, efficiency and continuous improvement in administrative processes and work practices Provide comprehensive reporting on team performance to the Business Administration Manager Manage contract administration services across multiple high ‑ value contracts Coordinate financial governance activities, including contractor payment claims and reporting Support full lifecycle project administration for capital and operational programs Coordinate administration support for change management initiatives across Asset and Operations Provide administration support for the closure of CAPEX and OPEX estimates Support routine audits of administration activities and assist in the preparation of supporting documentation Coordinate HR ‑ related activities for Business Administration employees, including performance reviews, coaching, evaluations and time reporting About You The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience leading administrative teams within a large, complex organisation. You will bring strong knowledge of administrative and HR business practices, along with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to drive consistent ways of working. You are highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working across geographically dispersed teams. Your ability to engage stakeholders, manage competing priorities and support business change will be key to your success in this role. Required Qualifications Diploma of Business Administration or demonstrated equivalent experience. Desirable Qualifications Current Driver’s Licence. Experience and Skills Demonstrated experience in a similar coordination or management role. Strong knowledge of administrative, HR and business support processes in a large organisation. Experience developing and delivering training programs and materials. Proven policy and process development skills to drive continuous improvement. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capability. Well‑developed computer and business systems skills.
