Synergie is seeking a Weighbridge Coordinator for an Australian-owned recycling company, focused on creating positive community and environmental impact. Important parts Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 1:00pm – 9:00pm Duration: 7 month maternity leave coverage, potential to extend Pay rate: $43.75 p/h Super Start date: ASAP What you will be required to do Work within a waste management environment, including exposure to odours Complete some walking across the site as part of daily duties Manage and reconcile weighbridge documentation and system entries Ensure all vehicles and loads are accurately recorded Investigate and resolve weighbridge discrepancies Liaise daily with drivers, transport companies, and site operators Complete regular weighbridge and tonnage reports Monitor weighbridge operations and maintain safe traffic flow Participate in site safety activities and reporting To be successful in the role you will Have previous experience in a weighbridge, administration, or coordination role Bring exposure to waste management, manufacturing, or warehousing environments (highly regarded) Communicate clearly and confidently Demonstrate strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy Be proficient in learning new systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Australian Citizen or Resident and have reliable transport Demonstrate a positive attitude toward safety and compliance What’s on offer for you As a leading provider of temporary workforce solutions, we value all our employees and offer weekly pay, safe working environments, and consultants who care.
