What You Can Expect We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our NSW warehouse. This is a hands-on leadership role , ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front and driving continuous improvement across warehouse and distribution operations. You'll be responsible for supervising warehouse staff and contractors, ensuring safe, efficient and customer-focused operations while supporting broader business objectives. How You'll Create Impact People Management Lead, coach and support warehouse team members and contractors Promote a positive, collaborative team culture Support performance management and ongoing development of the warehouse team Deliver and coordinate training activities, acting as a trainer where required Ensure team compliance with established warehouse processes and procedures Core Warehouse and Distribution Processes Oversee inbound and outbound warehouse activities to ensure accurate, timely dispatch of products Manage non-stock deliveries and inter-warehouse transfers Support repair and resupply loaner centre distribution activities Respond to internal and external customer queries promptly and professionally Identify, investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and anomalies Optimise warehouse layout and storage to maximise space utilisation Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve efficiency and solve operational issues Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the Operations strategic plan OH&S & Quality in the Warehouse Ensure all activities comply with Zimmer Biomet's WHS policies and procedures Proactively identify and reduce workplace risks through safe work practices and regular safety walks Promote safe manual handling and good housekeeping standards Maintain ISO9000 compliance and a high standard of warehouse cleanliness Implement and sustain a 5S work environment What Makes You Stand Out The successful candidate must possess the following: Minimum 2 years' experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or team leadership role Strong background in warehousing, inventory control and distribution operations Relevant TAFE qualification or equivalent hands-on experience Proven experience training and developing warehouse staff Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement initiatives Solid understanding of WHS requirements in a warehouse environment Experience in the health or medical sector is advantageous, but not essential Travel Expectations 0-5% travel may be required EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
