The Role As the Operations Manager, you will oversee warehouse operations at a customer project site. You will recruit, onboard, and lead the team, monitor KPIs, and ensure service delivery through order fulfillment, inventory control, and continuity of operations. Systems & Services - Oversee multiple warehouse management systems and customer value-added services Workplace Safety - Maintain a safe, secure, and inclusive facility with tour-ready standards Team Leadership - Hire, train, coach, and mentor employees; manage performance and build strong morale Compliance & Standards - Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and ISO standards Financial Management - Manage expense-based P&L, working capital, and contribute to annual budget planning Process Improvement - Drive efficiencies using LEAN methodologies and continuous improvement practices Facility Maintenance - Ensure preventative maintenance of equipment, racking systems, and warehouse infrastructure Customer Alignment - Match facility capacity to customer expectations; collaborate with sales and leadership on market strategy Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Project Services, Sales, Accounts, HR, and Finance to support operations What's in it for You Wesco is not just a job, but a company where you can learn, develop, and build your career!
