Once you're settled and across the gear, you’ll have the opportunity to move into field service. We back our people and promote from within. The shifts: Day shift : Mon–Thurs 7am–3pm, Fri 7am–1pm Afternoon shift : Mon–Thurs 2pm–10pm, Fri 12pm–6pm What we’re looking for: Trade qualified – Diesel Fitter, Mechanical Fitter, Boilermaker, Auto Electrician or similar Experience with heavy equipment, mobile plant, or materials handling gear Strong fault-finding skills – hydraulic, electrical or mechanical HR licence preferred (or willing to get one) Physically fit, reliable, and ready to get stuck in Why people stay: Because the company is solid, the work is hands-on and interesting, and there’s a clear path forward.
