We are seeking a skilled and experienced Information Management Coordinator to join our team. Duties and responsibilities: Maintains and enhances information systems that organise candidate, client and project data to support efficient recruitment operations across permanent, temporary and contract roles. Oversees the accurate classification, storage and retrieval of recruitment records, ensuring candidate profiles, compliance documents and placement histories are easily accessible. Reviews internal information workflows and recommends improvements that strengthen data accuracy, security and alignment with industry and regulatory requirements. Coordinates the gathering and consolidation of market, candidate and project information to support strategic hiring decisions for construction clients. Ensures adherence to information governance standards, privacy legislation and recruitment compliance obligations across all data-handling processes. Provides guidance to recruitment consultants and support staff on best practices for maintaining high-quality records within the company's recruitment platforms and databases. Monitors the integrity of candidate and client data, identifying inconsistencies or outdated information and initiating corrective updates. Supports the rollout and optimisation of digital recruitment tools, CRM systems and information management technologies used by the organisation. Prepares reports and data summaries that outline information trends, system performance and compliance outcomes relevant to recruitment activities. Collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage information requests, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery that supports client engagement and recruitment success. Qualifications and Requirement: Relevant qualifications. At least 2-3 years' experience as Information Management Coordinator or in similar role. Strong customer service skills.
