We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team. Duties and responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating amendments to client service agreements, candidate placement contracts and supplier arrangements to support Link-Force's recruitment operations. Responding to enquiries from clients, candidates and internal teams to resolve contract-related issues and ensure smooth delivery of recruitment services. Managing all administrative documentation associated with recruitment contracts, placements, proposals and service deliverables. Working closely with Recruitment Consultants, Account Managers and industry specialists to ensure contractual terms support project requirements and client expectations. Providing contract-related advice to senior management and implementing decisions that enhance service efficiency and compliance. Monitoring the performance of contracted service providers and reporting on any variations or changes affecting recruitment deliverables. Preparing internal and external reports, submissions and summaries that outline contract status, placement activity and operational outcomes. Collecting and analysing data related to recruitment projects, candidate engagement and client service delivery to support ongoing improvement. Coordinating office accommodation or workspace adjustments required to support expanding recruitment teams or new projects. Ensuring all contracts and administrative processes align with Link-Force's commercial objectives, industry standards and operational procedures. Qualifications and Requirement: Relevant qualification. At least 2-3 years' previous experiences in similar role. Strong customer service skills. Have a good work ethic.
