Leasing Consultant - Armadale Office Join a Premium Real Estate Agency in a role where you stand to be a key part of the existing residential leasing team, with excellent pay and benefits, in the Armadale office, VIC. This role would suit either an entry-level candidate with an Agent’s Representative certificate, driver’s licence and reliable car, or an experienced Leasing Consultant looking to join a high-quality agency and take the next step in their career. HOURS: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm with 1 in 2 Saturdays (9am to 1pm or 2pm latest on every second Saturday) SALARY : Up to $70,000 including super plus commissions for leased properties. ROLE DUTIES: - Conduct open for inspections / property inspections - Lease available properties - Respond to enquiries - Marketing properties (with admin support) - Follow up applications from Renters Your job will be working as a Leasing Consultant, showing Renters through properties, responding to enquiries and helping people secure their dream rental. The portfolio of properties is based in the Inner South Eastern suburbs, so this role would ideally suit someone who lives in Melbourne's East or South East.
