You’ll be someone who… Deliver high-quality early childhood education grounded in evidence-informed, contemporary pedagogy. Ensure all practice aligns with the National Quality Standards, VEYLDF, and the National Education and Care Law and Regulations. Lead the planning and delivery of an exceptional educational program within funded kindergarten sessions. Build positive, respectful and collaborative relationships with children, families and colleagues. Create and maintain an inclusive environment that supports each child’s learning and development. Uphold all service policies and regulatory requirements. Skills & Strengths & Style… A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent). A current Working with Children Check . Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards . Full Australian working rights . A professional, approachable, and friendly presentation. The confidence and curiosity to build genuine connections with families and the local community. A team-first mindset and a passion for making a real difference.
