TEN Recruitment is partnering with a WA-based modular construction business to appoint an experienced Residential Draftsperson as they continue to expand their design and delivery capability. This role focuses on producing clear, compliant, build-ready documentation for factory-built homes delivered across metro and regional WA. You’ll work closely with engineers, production teams, and consultants to ensure designs move smoothly from concept through to manufacture and installation. What You’ll Be Doing Prepare full residential documentation including plans, elevations, and construction details Detail modular layouts, steel chassis systems, and connection interfaces Coordinate drawings for factory build, transport, and site install Ensure compliance with NCC, WA Building Regulations, and Australian Standards Liaise with engineers and consultants to resolve technical inputs Update drawings for approvals, variations, and construction issues Assist with standardising modular details and documentation What We’re Looking For Experience as a Residential Draftsperson in WA construction Exposure to modular, prefabricated, or transportable housing preferred Strong AutoCAD skills (Revit/BIM advantageous) Understanding of steel framing and modular construction constraints Detail-focused with strong organisation and time management What’s On Offer $95K–$110K Super Long-term role in a growing construction sector Stable workflow and supportive team environment Flexible working arrangements available Apply Now Send your CV to tyler.reid@tenrecruit.com.au or call (08) 6118 2278 for a confidential discussion.
