About the Role As a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Clinical, you’ll play a pivotal role in building the workforce that supports our ambition as Australia’s largest integrated health services provider. This is a strategic recruitment role, partnering with leaders to deliver quality clinical hires across Allied Health, Nursing, and clinical support roles. Based in Melbourne or Sydney (Parramatta office). You’ll work within a modern TA model, supported by a dedicated Talent Sourcer and Candidate Care team, allowing you to focus on strategy, partnership, and impact — not just volume. This is a 9-month Full Time, Fixed-Term contract, that offers a flexible and hybrid working environment.
