Job Description We are currently looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist to step into a multi-disciplinary Team Leader position. You'll have the opportunity to share your expertise, mentor emerging professionals and contribute to meaningful outcomes in your local community clinic. On a daily basis you will: Provide operational support for each discipline Provide mentorship, training and formal 1:1 supervision to clinicians Run monthly peer group supervision sessions Independently assess complex participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function for caseload allocation Use clinical observations and standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.
