Growing our Advanced Analytics capability within Finance is a core ingredient in the F26 Finance Strategy so that we can harvest more value from the immense data and amazing toolset that we have available to us at Woolworths. What you’ll do Act as a key finance partner to the AA business teams, leveraging expertise in Finance, Data Analytics, and championing AI methodologies to conceptualise and deploy impactful Finance AA solutions. Collaborate with senior finance team members and operational/domain leads across the business (and their teams) within the wiq partnership. The primary objective is to guarantee accurate and timely financial reporting, enabling the understanding of business drivers, providing insights, supporting decisions with both financial and non-financial metrics, and tracking and supporting the delivery and realisation of key financial and non-financial benefits. Manage all aspects of wiq financials within the Retail and Consumer Verticals. Partner with wiq domains to define and secure funding for complex Advanced Analytics and AI initiatives, focusing on robust business cases, financial modeling, and measurable benefits tracking Partner with BU Finance teams to ensure financial alignment and transparency, serving as the wiq financial representative responsible for managing and accurately executing cost allocation/financial charging models Manage month end processes within Quantium for wiq Drive automation, simplification and ensure integrity of the financials across all partners. Prepare, support and improve management reporting on performance for use by the Quantium and wiq Leadership teams Provide financial support to the wiq team; Provide KPIs and business models to support on financial and non-financial metrics. This includes revenue and margin analysis, FTE and other data points as applicable to different areas of the business Financial Planning including full P&L forecasts and budgets on monthly and annual cycles Support and/or drive financial modelling and preparation of business cases as required in respect of new opportunities and investments Support the deployment of initiatives to increase business acumen and financial hygiene across the business Provide insights in the performance of wiq. This includes revenue and margin analysis, FTE and other data points as applicable to different areas of the business What you’ll bring You understand key business drivers and communicate the impact on achieving financial plans and provide insightful information, being ‘ahead of the curve’ where possible, for better decision making. Experience in a wide ranging finance role,ideally with a partnering/FP&A focus with an understanding of business accounts. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
