Food & Beverage – Manager in Training Program The Manager in Training (MIT) program at Four Seasons is a thoughtfully designed pathway for individuals eager to transform their education, passion, and curiosity into impactful leadership within a world-class dining environment. Created to bridge hospitality studies with the dynamic reality of Food & Beverage operations, this 12–18 month journey offers immersive, hands-on experience, meaningful mentorship, and the foundation to grow into a confident and inspiring leader. Throughout the program, MIT participants will rotate through a variety of experiences across Food & Beverage outlets, gaining exposure to restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining, while also developing a broader understanding of hotel leadership. You’ll be entrusted with a strategic project, partnered with a senior leader as your mentor, and supported through regular feedback and development conversations — all designed to help you truly flourish.
