Role Summary: Reporting to the EGM- Corporate Services, you will oversee our global HR Services and Reward function. You will deliver strategic initiatives aligned to our People Strategy, ensuring remuneration, benefits, recognition, payroll, and mobility programs remain competitive, equitable, and cost-effective. You will work closely with the executive leadership team and senior management to design and implement a comprehensive rewards strategy that strengthens performance culture and supports employee retention. You will provide expert advice on remuneration trends, develop recognition frameworks, and ensure governance and compliance across 18 countries. This hands-on leadership role requires strong stakeholder management, operational excellence, and the ability to balance strategic vision with execution. You will be partnering with HR and business leaders, and you will deliver reward and benefits programs that attract, retain, and engage talent globally. Key Technical Criteria · Graduate or postgraduate qualifications in a business-related discipline (desired). · 10 years’ experience in HR, remuneration, or benefits, with leadership of HR Services or Reward functions. · Proven success leading HR teams across diverse global geographies. · Experience in HR operations, remuneration, benefits, and global mobility. · Demonstrated ability to implement systems, processes, and lead global payroll functions. · Strong project management capability. · Experience designing recognition programs and embedding reward strategies. · Expertise in remuneration benchmarking and developing new salary structures. · Knowledge of international compensation practices and principles. · Proven experience managing annual reward cycles, including salary reviews and Short-Term Incentive (STI) design and calculations.
