About the role This is a high-volume, compliance-driven People & Culture Advisor role supporting a large, distributed workforce where no two days — or transactions — are quite the same. You’ll be a critical part of the engine room, delivering reliable people services that enable frontline teams to operate safely, confidently and compliantly. Your work helps ensure: Employees are onboarded correctly and paid accurately Licences, clearances and compliance are always up to date Leaders get clear, consistent answers they can rely on Certis remains audit-ready, compliant and operationally strong Every day is different — and every day makes an impact. What you’ll be doing Processing high-volume employee lifecycle transactions (commencements, changes, terminations) Maintaining accurate employee master data across HRIS and payroll systems Preparing and issuing contracts, variations and employment letters Managing licences, visas, qualifications and compliance records Supporting payroll and workforce planning through timely, validated data Managing shared inboxes, workflows and case queues with clear communication Providing first-level people advice aligned to policy and compliance Supporting audits, data reviews and system clean-ups Following standardised workflows to enable automation and AI-driven processes What we’re looking for Essential ✔ 1–2 years’ experience in HR operations, people administration or transactional HR ✔ Strong attention to detail in fast-paced, high-volume environments ✔ Experience maintaining employee data in HR systems ✔ Understanding of employment compliance requirements ✔ Professional judgement, discretion and integrity Why join Certis?
